Nick Bognar is the executive chef and co-owner of St. Louis restaurants Indo and Sado. Their menus reflect his identity as a Thai American chef and showcase his talents in Japanese, Thai and Southeast Asian cooking. He was named a James Beard semifinalist for 2023 Best Chef: Midwest and one of the Best New Chefs by Food & Wine.
